Advanced Reader Copy − Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Advanced Reader Copies ("ARCs") provided by Delicious Perspective, operated by CSW Studios LLC ("Author," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting, accessing, or using an ARC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of ARCs

Advanced Reader Copies are provided for promotional and review purposes only. ARCs may be unfinished and are subject to change prior to final publication.

2. Eligibility

ARCs are provided at the Author’s discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny ARC requests for any reason.

3. No Redistribution

You agree that you will not copy, share, distribute, sell, or otherwise make the ARC available to any third party, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from the Author. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading to file-sharing sites

  • Forwarding via email

  • Posting excerpts beyond what is permitted under fair use

4. Reviews & Feedbacks (Optional)

While reviews are appreciated, they are not required unless explicitly stated. If you choose to leave a review:

  • Reviews must reflect your honest opinion

  • Incentivized or misleading reviews are prohibited

  • Reviews may be posted on platforms such as Amazon, Goodreads, social media, blogs, or other review outlets, subject to those platforms’ rules

5. Intellectual Property

All ARCs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Author. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or licensing rights beyond personal, non-commercial reading.

6. Revocation of Access

The Author reserves the right to revoke access to an ARC at any time for violation of these Terms or at their discretion.

7. Disclaimer

ARCs are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or final content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use an ARC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
